Return Conditions:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise specified).
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags.
- Quality Issues: If the item has a quality issue or was damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Used or Damaged Items: Unless there is a quality issue.
- Sale Items, Customized, and Personalized Items: Unless defective or damaged.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team via email at support@sportsgogogo.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Confirmation: We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your return request.
- Return Address: Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
- Return the Item: Please return the item within 15 days of receiving return confirmation and provide the tracking number.
Return Shipping Fees:
- Quality Issue or Our Mistake: If the return is due to a quality issue or our mistake (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Personal Reason (e.g., change of mind): If the return is due to personal reasons and the order was not canceled, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. Order Cancellations:
We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.
- How to Cancel: Contact our customer service team via email or phone at support@sportsgogogo.shop, providing your order number.
- Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after receiving it according to our return process.
